Admission Criteria
At Turkish International School, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow academically, morally, and personally. Our admission process is transparent, inclusive, and aligned with age-appropriate readiness and academic standards.
General Criteria for All Levels
- Age-appropriate placement based on class level
- Completion of admission application form
- Submission of required documents (see below)
- Entrance assessment/interview for academic readiness (Grade 1 and above)
- Interaction/observation for Preschool applicants
- Availability of seats in the respective grade
Required Documents
- Birth certificate / B-Form copy
- CNIC copy of parents/guardians
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Previous school leaving certificate (if applicable)
- Report cards / transcripts (for Grade 1 and above)
- Vaccination record (for Preschool)
Preschool Admission (Playgroup to KG)
- Playgroup: 2.5 to 3.5 years
- Nursery: 3.5 to 4.5 years
- Kindergarten: 4.5 to 5.5 years
- No academic test required; student will be observed for school readiness
- Parental interview mandatory
O-Level (Cambridge Stream) / Matric (BISE)
- Entry based on previous academic performance and entrance assessment
- Priority for students with a strong foundation in English, Science, and Math
- Submission of last two academic year reports
- Limited seats per section – admission granted on merit and availability
Primary & Middle School (Grades 1 to 8)
- Entrance test in English, Mathematics, and Urdu
- Interview with student and parents
- Previous school report card or transcript submission required
Admissions Timeline
- Admissions open in May/June for new academic session in August.
- Mid-year admissions subject to seat availability and academic evaluation
- Admissions close once seats are filled
